Join me in Franconian Switzerland
… a short trip in harmony with nature
Participation in our Wine & Fishing Camps means a complete escape from everyday life , a short trip into harmony with nature, and the authentic enjoyment of fauna and flora with all of your senses . Together, we'll demonstrate the authentic preparation of caught fish over an open campfire , as well as the ethical and respectful treatment of the creatures. We'll also cook aged meat cuts from local cattle and game from nearby hunts.
The camp will be accompanied by select German wine specialties from traditional, world-renowned wineries. A highlight between fishing sessions will be a Franconian 6-course tasting menu from top chef Christian Brieske at the legendary "Schwarzer Adler" restaurant in northern Nuremberg. We'll delve deep into the large-bottle cellar of this traditional country inn, which has been in operation since 1752.
