An authentic expression of Asian culinary culture. Whether hot pot, steamboat, or shabu shabu, cooking thinly sliced, finely chopped beef, fish, dim sum, and a variety of fresh vegetables and herbs in bubbling soups is a national pastime in Asia.
Experience a hot pot either in our "Tasting Room" in Cologne or at a variety of other locations in Germany and Europe (see event calendar), with a lively presentation by international oenologist and wine & food edutainer Roland Birr. Two decades of experience in Asian culinary culture and the wine trade guarantee an exceptionally authentic experience... with plenty of fun by the glass!
In our tasting room in Cologne – or in your own location – “Hot Pot” can also be booked individually for private groups.
