Transylvania Parish

We renovated the Old Rectory of Cund over three years with meticulous attention to detail, preserving the style of the past century and awakening it from its slumber in 2023. In addition to authentic and stylish overnight stays opposite the disused 13th-century church, we showcase outdoor culinary techniques, local cow's milk cheese, and the "spirit" of Cund as a Transylvanian-Saxon village with almost 800 years of history in the private "fireplace" and the two barns.

Old Pastorate Bochum

Dating back to 1828, we renovated the former parsonage with great attention to detail, creativity, and dedication into a special venue for events of all kinds. Conveniently located just outside the Ruhr Park in Bochum, it offers two levels and a spacious outdoor area with a terrace and beer garden, providing plenty of scope for events for up to 150 people.
