Experience sherry production and its magnificent culture in Roland's unique presentation... from the phenomenon of the Albariza soil to the world-famous Solera and Criadera systems to the ancient sherry specialties of the Almacenista. Experience authentic fish and seafood dishes at the mouth of the Guadalquivir and in Puerto de Santa Maria and indulge in the almost endless Andalusian tapas culture – always accompanied by an ice-cold glass of Manzanilla or Fino… by the pool, on a horse-drawn carriage, between the rows of barrels in the cooling bodega or at a paella workshop by the open wood fire in the vineyard.
