“Culinary Fishing Denmark” our culinary sea trout camp – a three-day culinary “outdoor” experience on the Aabenraa Fjord (Aabenraa Fjord) in the “Syddanmark” region ( Southeast Jutland ), 30 km north of Flensburg, directly on the German-Danish border.

Aabenraa & Als
Experience 10 km of fantastic sea trout fishing on and in Aabenraa Bay. Depending on wind conditions, we also fish the stretches in Als Sound near Sønderborg and Als Fjord.
A new dimension of “short trip adventure camp” paired with authentic outdoor cooking (whole fish, traditional lamb and beef cuts on open wood fires and an international selection of great wines and gins – The Fifth Quarter style!

Living in the Baltic Sea
Accommodation is in single rooms , each with an en-suite bathroom (shower/WC), in holiday homes directly by the sea . Double occupancy is also possible. Three culinary nights, two full days of fishing action, nature, and pure enjoyment!
The sea trout camp begins with your own arrival by 3:00 p.m. on day one and ends with your own departure by 9:30 a.m. on day four . This is usually Friday to Monday , but our camp can also be booked individually during the week.

Beginners & Cracks
Accompanied by experienced and knowledgeable team fishing guides, this camp is an exceptional opportunity for beginners to learn fly, nymph, and streamer fishing, while those who already have mastered the technique can benefit from the guides' experience. A complete rod/reel setup, including all accessories, is provided. Weatherproof clothing and waders are required, as we will be out in the water in all weather conditions.

Fly tying
In the evening, you can tie flies together; we offer a fly-tying workshop with our guides. Tying materials and tools are also provided. Everything is included in the all-inclusive price.
All contents and services described above are included in the “all inclusive” price of the trip without exception.

We deliberately keep group sizes small, with a maximum of 10 participants per group and a minimum of 5. For fewer than 5 participants, we charge €1,695 per person.
