In a relaxed atmosphere, South African braai-style, we present fish and seafood paired with international wines over open wood fires and authentic preparation techniques. Experience Indian-style fish fillets from the BBQ board or in a paper papillote, whole fish from the stone oven or smoker, seafood from the swivel grill and fire ring, mussels from the poitjie, and smoked eel grilled over a wood fire – all served alongside a variety of wood-fired vegetables and plenty of glass-drinking fun.

Experience " FISCH Grill to Thrill " either in our "Altes Pastorat" in Bochum, in the lakeside pavilion at Fühlinger See in Cologne... or at a variety of other locations in Germany and Europe, with lively commentary from international oenologist Roland Birr ... and lots of fun by the glass!

Since 2014, we have been staging our fish fire on several weekends a year at the Bremgarten fish farm, the oldest fish farm in Switzerland.

We would be happy to organize your private "Fish Grill to Thrill" at our own locations or at a location of your choice.
